What does the name change mean?

This is a standard procedure to update the structure of the business post acquisition.

Does it mean we need to update Lingo24’s vendor details in our systems?

Yes. Starting from today (April 1, 2022), you will need to use the amended company name (Unbabel UK Services Limited).

When will the change happen?

On April 1, 2022.

Why has the company name changed to Unbabel UK Services Limited, but the Lingo24 logo is still being used on the invoice?

Our legal company name is changing, but in the short term we are retaining the Lingo24 branding and logo on our invoices. The branding change on the invoice will follow shortly.

Will your VAT number remain the same?

Yes. All other company details, including the VAT number, will remain the same. It is just the legal company name that is changing.

Will Lingo24’s bank account details change?

No. All other company details will remain the same. It is just the legal company name that is changing.

Will your registered office address change?

No. All other company details will remain the same. It is just the legal company name that is changing.
