Welcome to the pack, Wolf: introducing our new Chief Customer Officer
Since Unbabel started in 2013, we’ve had the good fortune to work with industry leaders like Pinterest, Skyscanner, Under Armour, Trello and Oculus VR.
Unbabel’s enterprise platform — using proprietary artificial intelligence tech and a global community of mobile linguists — has created incredible value for these companies and many others. Our integrations with Zendesk, Salesforce, Mailchimp and others created with our API have opened up new markets and driven greater customer loyalty across borders.
But soon after closing our Series A round in October, we knew that in order to get to the next level, we’d need to find someone dedicated to spearheading our growth and expansion strategy across the world and in new verticals.
That’s where Wolfgang Allisat comes in, a tech industry veteran who has a strong history of success in growing companies from promising pioneers into industry leaders, whether it’s driving Omniture’s European growth from zero to 1,100 customers, or managing global revenue for Nasdaq-listed comScore.

English may be the lingua franca of multinational companies, but this is not the case for their customers, who expect to interact in their own language at every touchpoint.”
