Unbabel Language Operations Platform Receives New Badges and Customer Praise on G2

We love building great products and changing the way that people communicate across the globe. And while we’re proud of the work we do daily, nothing makes us feel quite as honored as receiving praise from the people who actually use Unbabel on a regular basis. This validation tells us that we’re on the right track toward delivering a truly valuable Language Operations solution that allows companies to communicate efficiently and effectively with their customers around the world.

That’s why we are so excited to have earned some new badges and praise from our global community of customers on the software review website, G2.  

New badges earned based on real user feedback

Unbabel was named a “Leader” in Localization and recently achieved “High Performer” status on the G2 Grid for Machine Translation Software. This grid recognizes the top eight products in the market based on real user feedback and reviews. Products in the High Performer quadrant of the Grid are noted as having especially high customer satisfaction scores — a fact that we take great pride in. 

In addition to being named a Leader in Localization and earning High Performer status in the Machine Translation Grid, Unbabel was also awarded the “Users Love Us” badge. Unbabel qualified for this recognition because of the volume — and high star rating — of customer reviews generated on the G2 platform. “Users Love Us” status is reserved for companies who have at least 20 reviews with an average rating of 4.0 stars.  Unbabel has an impressive 4.7 out of 5 star rating and has received no reviews below the 4-star mark.

Providing high-quality translations is a huge goal for us and is the reason we believe in (and invest in!) human-in-the-loop AI solutions.
