Superior Translation Quality with TowerLLM

Unbabel customers can now experience unparalleled translation quality with TowerLLM, our powerful language model optimized for machine translation across 20 language pairs. TowerLLM surpasses leading models like GPT-4o, GPT-3.5, Google, and DeepL, ensuring the highest standards of translation accuracy and consistency.

Built on billions of words of top-quality translation data, TowerLLM is designed to deliver high-quality translations that maintain the meaning and context of the original content.

Enhanced Control with Client Review

Unbabel now offers Client Review, allowing customers to review and refine translations before final delivery. This feature enables customers to ensure translations align with their brand’s style, terminology, and tone of voice.

  • Customization: Make changes to reflect the desired tone and messaging.

Detailed Spend Insights

The new Project Level Reporting feature offers granular insights by tracking key metrics such as words translated, cost, and turnaround time for completed projects. This enhancement provides customers with an in-depth understanding of project performance. By analyzing spend, scale, and cost for each project, customers can make informed decisions to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Our Reporting App now features a Cost tab, providing customers with detailed insights into subscription expenses, usage, and quality metrics. Additionally, the Billing App offers access to all invoice information, balances, and current plan details.

Reporting in Multiple Currencies

To enhance cost management and transparency, we’ve introduced the ability to toggle between currencies in the Portal. This new feature allows customers to view spend and usage in their contracted currency, simplifying financial tracking and making it easier to manage and understand translation expenses.

  • Customizable views: Toggle between Unbabel Units and the contracted currency (USD, EUR, GBP).
  • Clear visualization: Easily track spending and remaining balance in the contracted currency.

We now offer a range of additional services designed to complement translation projects, ensuring content is globally accessible and to make the publishing and distribution process smoother.

Unbabel’s File Engineering service provides a streamlined solution for processing files that aren’t directly supported by our platform or require alterations before and after translation. Leveraging our File Processing API and custom file filters, this service ensures standardized and accurate handling of diverse file formats, simplifying workflows and enhancing efficiency.

Desktop Publishing involves the meticulous process of preparing, formatting, and finalizing translated content to match the layout, design, and formatting of the original document. This service maintains the integrity of well-planned designs, enhancing visual appeal and customer satisfaction by seamlessly integrating translated content into any design.

Our Subtitling service prepares subtitles for video materials, making audiovisual content accessible to a global audience. This service improves comprehension, retention, and SEO while ensuring professional quality and adherence to industry standards.

A Certificate of Accuracy from Unbabel attests that a translation is a true and correct copy of the original document. This add-on service provides customers with verified translations for external purposes, based on a risk assessment performed during Onboarding.
